Bertail can be a very powerful feeling, the feeling of distrust, abandonment, or the feeling when you're at work and you buy the last root beer but when you come back from the bathroom your ASSHOLE FRIEND THOUGHT IT WAS THEIR'S AND THROWS IT AWAY JANICE YOU FUCKING- Anyway, as of recently two combatants seem to embrace this feeling the most, Kylo Ren the Jedi killer, and Reaper, Talons agent of death.
History
The Reaper
Sometime in the distant future humanity was threatened by a series sentient killer android, known as the terminat- Omics; to combat these killer robots the United Nations formed a Special tasks force called Overwatch. The head scientist at Overwatch conducted a series of controversial experiments in a hope to create the perfect super soldier, and they succeed creating a series of advanced humans, (you see kids drugs work) one of these soldiers was a man named Gabriel Reyes, he was brothers in arms the rest of the Overwatch including fellow super soldier Jack Morison, though overtime the two would start a rivalry over who would get to be the new leader of Overwatch and eventually Jack won.
As time passed Gabe grew more and more bitter though he always put his duty before his pride, tensions between Gabe and Jack grew until it blew up…. Along with the swiss bases they were occupying seemingly killing Reyes in the process, or so they thought. Through harsh medical treatment (Possibly under the care of Mercy) Reyes life was restored and while his body was stronger than ever with several new special abilities his mind was left in twisted state making him cruel and sadistic, he began wearing all black, dyed a white stream in his hair and started listening to loud music(Probably).
Reaper joined the terrorist organization called Talon, he would go to battle the team he was once so proud of, being a harbinger of fear and death.
While originally a proud and honorable soldier, after his body was altered his mind was also greatly affected, he became insane, cruel, and violent; he also became incredibly arrogant often toying with his would be victims.
History
Kylo Ren
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the galaxy was under the iron rule of the Galactic Empire, the two heads of the Empire were Emperor Palpatine and the Rogue Jedi Darth Vader, the latter had such an influence over the galaxy that his very name was feared. After years of oppression the Empire was finally overthrown by the Rebel force, the rebellion was lead by the Princess with no kingdom Organa Leia, the Master Marksman and galactic outlaw Han Solo, the war breed Wookie Chewbacca, and the Greatest Jedi who ever lived and the very son of Darth Vader himself, Luke Skywalker.
Eventually the Outlaw Han Solo and Princess Leia confessed their love for one another, and got married; together they had son named Ben Solo, though things would once they found out that Ben was gifted with the power of the Force, however his power was tainted with the corrupt power of the Dark Side, fearing for their sons safety Han and Leia sent Kylo off to expel the darkness within him. Fortunately for Ben (not for others though) he was not alone, his uncle and powerful force wielder begun to train Ben in the ways of the Force along with the New Generation of Jedi, however Ben felt an emptiness inside that his uncle's teachings couldn’t fill.
Alone and vulnerable, Ben was seduced by the Darkside of the force, he proved his conviction to the Darkside by slaughtering his Uncles students. Now the appearance of the Supreme Leader of the First Order Snoke, Ben became a servant to darkness and took up his new name, Kylo Ren was now known the Galaxy's new dread.
Kylo can be described as calculating and brutally efficient, but he is still haunted by the guilt of his past unlike most Siths. Due to his family's past and fear of failure Kylo has developed a hair trigger temper, resulting in violent and dangerous temper tantrums, despite this his greatest trait is his conviction to the Dark Side, determined to finish what his grandfather started Kylo will stop at nothing to accomplish his goals.
Fighting Style
REAPER
Being a offense character Reaper's favorite method of attack is SHOOT IT UNTIL IT DIES! He enjoys getting up close a personal, unloading everything he has in an, he is efficient at ambushes which have devastating effect, also whenever in a bind he has several way of making a quick escape plus judging from his military training it is very likely he has some experience in hand to hand combat as he has some experience holding his own without his weapons. However with all this being said it is important to acknowledge that Reaper’s specialty lies in close quarters combat, not caring much for strategy or for long range proficiency.
KYLO REN
While Kylo Rens Lightsaber form is never explicitly stated when can make some assumptions based off his background. The closest form I can place Kylo’s fighting style under is form V, also known as Djem So. Djem So focuses much more on one's center of gravity, a solid defense that followed by a devastating offense; unlike the more acrobatic styles of Lightsaber combat Djem So is much more grounded making it less maneuverable than say the fighting style of Atura or Vaapad. Kylo can further increase his strength by tapping into the force to harness his rage.
Arsenal
Hellfire Shotguns
Reaper’s signature weapons are his duel Hellfire Shotguns, he uses them in up close quarters with devastating results. While they both only have four rounds each, Reaper is able to summon additional Shotguns (Somehow) when he's out.
Grenades
Three mini grenades Reaper can launch from his shotguns, he only used this in his escape after Widowmaker and him failed to steal Doomfist gauntlet.
Kylo Ren's Mask
A mask likely inspired by his Grandfather helmet, while it is unknown what special features it has is should at least be similar to a stormtrooper's helmet in design, which means it has a built in comlink, a targeting system and air filters which protect him from chemical or biological attacks like toxins.
Crossguard Lightsaber
Kylo’s own personalized Lightsaber which he crudely designed based on the designs of ancient Lightsaber Dating back a over a thousand years ago. Like all Lightsaber its blade is formed by a Kyber crystal, a rare Force attuned crystal that are said to be the heart of the strongest stars, in short it produces a hyper powerful plasma capable of cutting through most material in a single foul sweep. Lightsabers also have the unique feature to deflect oncoming energy attacks, whether it be blaster fire or powerful lighting. Lastly the odd cross features on his Lightsaber is due to Kylo using a cracked Kyber crystal, it became so powerful that despite only being shown for a brief second it sent the internet into a bloody uproar that lasts to this very day.
Special Abilities
Reaping
After someone dies on the battlefield a Soul Globe will appear, if Reaper collect these it recovers one fifth of his health.
Wraith Form
After having his near death recovery, Reaper’s body is capable of turning into a black mass for a short period of time by decaying and regenerating his cells at a rapid rate though this doesn't heal from any previous damage, this also increases his speed. While he is intagliabe to all attacks, he cannot attack in this form and he cannot use this formed if he is unable to move(being frozen or caught in a bear trap).
Shadowstep
By turning himself into gas, he can teleport around fifty meters, he usually uses this as a flanking attack though he can use it as an escape method, however unlike his Wraith form he is still vulnerable to injury.
Death Blossom
Reapers ultimate attacks, after creating a swirleing mass of darkness and yelling “DIE DIE DIE” he rapidly fires off in all directions dealing heavy damage to anyone unfortunate enough to be in range, though he doesn't actually aim in this state and can be hurt in this form.
The Force
The Force is a powerful energy that binds and connects all living things in the galaxy, though few are actually able to harness it, but those who are, having proven that they should be trifled with. (Don’tmakeamidcholrionjokeDon’tmakeamidcholrionjokeDon’tmakeamidcholrionjoke!) Kylo Ren is naturally powerful with the force to the point he can potentially surpass both his Uncle and Grandfather; though Kylo is still learning and has not perfected the Force yet, he is capable of harnessing several techniques such as…
Telekinesis
The most common used ability among both Jedi and Sith, telekinesis literal mind over matter; the power of one's telekinesis varies based on how powerful the force user is, Kylo Ren is so powerful he is able to stop a blaster bolt midair something only the most gifted of force users can do.
Force Push/Pull 
A very basic Force technique which allows the user to tenletickly grasp a hold of a person or object and send them flying in whatever direction the user decides, it can also be used in an offensive manner.
Force Choke
A technique that, while commonly associated with Dark Side users, can be used by both sides of the Force,(though most Jedi don’t use it due to it commonly being used as a punishment method) the speed and pressure can be altered by the users will, though it can be used for more creative methods… Hey don’t judge.
Force Stun
A Force technique used to incapacitate an enemy non lethally, he used this to stun and knockout Rey.
Tutaminis
An ability which allows the user to absorb and redirect energy based attacks, he used this in the novelizations of The Force Awakens, in order to block Rey’s Lightsaber for a period of time despite already being critically injured.
Psychometry/Force Illusion 
In order to gain intelligence from prisoners, via the force he is capable of learning the inner secrets of one's mind, though those with a powerful will can resist it; luckily for Klyo he has learned multiple forms of mental torture with illusions or destroying someone's mind, he used these abilities to break the pilot of The Resistance Poe, to put in how impressive this is, despite the First Order vast methods of torture Poe didn’t crack in the slightest though after a few minutes of alone time with Kylo he revealed all his secrets.
Force Augmentation
By tapping into the Force, Kylo can further increase his physical powers, he used this in his fight against Rey And Finn due to being critically injured beforehand.
Force Sense
Force sense can be used to feel another being's feelings, the future, ripples in the Force caused by momentous or traumatic events, impending danger and the presence of the Dark Side. Though it's most useful ability is to alert the user of impending danger, Kylo Ren showcase this trait earlier when he blocked a blaster bolt from behind.

WEAKNESS
Despite Reaper new found abilities it doesn't make him invcible, his Wraith form is unable to actually attack and can be countered by a trap which renders him motionless. Despite his weaponry he is a close combat fighter and can be easily drafted by long range means. Also his biggest weakness, is his Dio level of arrogance, he has had the perfectly good opportunity to kill his opponents on multiple occasions, but instead of taking the opportunity he took his sweet time which lead to him getting his ass kicked.
WEAKNESS
Kylo Ren is still in training and has not fully mastered the force, and despite his current power in the force Kylos biggest weakness is his own self doubt, this leads to him acting brash and unfocused; combined this with uncheck temper and you got one unstable fighter.

DEATH BATTLE
In the deep outers of space, a lone shuttle accompanied by a young Sith Lord and his captain traveled the galaxy.
“Lord Kylo we have located part of a map to your un-” The enforcer of the First Order had to stop herself from angering her unstable master.
“Luke Skywalker’s current location, our intel shows that a hacker by the name of Sombra has the maps as we speak.” Kylo went to the window and started at the deep Abysses of space.
“Excellent. Have a course set to this planet immediately, and prepare a squadron of troops in case they plan on resisting.”
Kylo’s commanding officer saluted and went off to prepare.
Meanwhile on an unidentified planet.
The terrorist organization known as Talon was residing in a snowy base in Switzerland they had recently captured, several of the grunts were inspecting the new toys, one reached over to a hard drive on the desk until a purple glove appeared out of nowhere a grabbed his wrist.
“No so fast tonto, that's not for you.” After Sombra rolled the the soldier on his chair she booped the flash drive which revealed a holographic map that she stored in her large library of stolen data.
A low growl emerged from the room, a black swirling mini tornado was formed and it took the form of Talon agent Reaper.
“Sombra, get Widowmaker and all available units, we have company…”
The roar of a shuttle echoed through the land as it landed on the ground, a ramp slowly extended to the ground; a group of stormtroopers marched out followed by Kylo Ren and Captain Phasma.
Kylo marched towards Sombra, despite his intimidating presence she merely scoffed at his appearance.
“You have something I’ve been looking for, for a long time.”
“What makes you think I have anything you want?” Sombra cynically asked.
“I see what's in your mind you can’t deceive me…”
“Then maybe I should rephrase the question, why would I give you what you want?”
Kylo and Sombra's glares collided like wolves staring down their rivals neither would step back, until Kylo turned around to face Phasma.
“Kill them.”
The Stormtroopers opened fired taking several rookie Talon agents, but Talon was quick to respond, Widowmaker efficiently took out three stormtroopers before they could pull the trigger while Sombra disappeared from sight, Captain Phasma had her was eyes on Widowmaker as the two began to fire at one another, while FN-2199 smashed through a group of Talons with his baton.
The young Sith watched as his soldiers began to slowly gain advantage of the battle field, until a black mist began to cover the ground.
“What is this stuff?”
A black whirlwind of gas surrounded a small squad of stormtroopers, when the gas (and the screams) died down, Kylo saw the Reaper atop a pile of corpses.
The gunslinger aimed his Hellfire shotgun at Kylo who retaliated by drawing his Lightsaber.
“MUHUHU HAHAHA! I’ll kill you next!”
“You have no idea the power of which you now face.”
Reaper fired off two shots at Kylo who in return effortlessly blocked both shots, Kylo fiercely leapt into the air towards his foe, he planned on ending this in one swipe, but as soon as he landed Reaper vanished like a ghost.
“SURPRISE!” Kylo looked up to see Reaper on top of the stairway who began to fire trigger happy at Kylo, the young Sith rolled out of harm's way, and as soon as Reaper was empty he reloaded with one of his grenades but right as he launched it Kylo gave a powerful force push throwing the grenade back, the explosion sent Reaper flying back into the building.
“PHASMA! You and FN-2199 are to capture the hacker, I don’t care what you do with the rest!” Kylo stormed after Reaper in the building.
“Yes sir!” Phasma took cover as Widomaker tried to quickly pick her off.
Meanwhile in the building Reaper was trying to replicate, he was clutching his left abdomen looking at his glove he saw that his usually black glove was now a dripping red color.
“Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT!” As Reaper began to take out an additional pair of firearms, one of Talon cronies rushed to his superiors side.
“Sir what’s wrong?”
A bright red laser pierced the metal as if it were melted butter, the lightsaber then began to slowly rotate in a circular pattern.
“Don’t worry sir I’ll- *UR*” A bullet quickly passed through his skull allowing Reaper to absorb the poor fools soul.
Reaper cracked his neck, it felt great to be back at 100%.
Kylo kicked down the improvised entrance, wasting no time he used the force to send several object such as chairs, crates, and rubble careening towards Reaper, but each were turned to dust with a single shot.
“Just die already!” Reaper started to empty his rounds on Kylo who while marched forward while effectively reduced each shot into plasma dust.
Before Kylo could reach him however, Reaper transformed his body into a dark gas and maneuvered around Kylo like a snake in the sand evading inert stones.
Suddenly Kylo was kicked several feet in the air, then punched back down, he was being ragdolled by a living gas; though this did help Kylo in a way.
It helped him get angry.
“ENOUGH!” Kylos rage triggered his untapped potential, a unidirectional force wave knocked Reaper with the force of a typhoon, the blast also caused the building to collapse as well.
Before he was crushed under a hunk of rubble Reaper teleported out of harm's way, while Kylo jumped from falling stone to falling stone safely evading the oncoming danger.
Kylo began to search for his foe in the woods, he couldn’t see him but he knew he was there.
“Hiding is pointless. I can sense you, your feelings, your thoughts, your rage…” Kylo stalked through the forest looking for his prey.
“You have been betrayed, you have suffered, but you still know nothing of pain, and more importantly power…” A dark fog loomed past the trees as Kylo was in pursuit.
“Comparing you to me is like comparing a ripple to a typhon.”
Kylo quickly raised his hand causing the smoky form of Reaper to stop mid air, after thrusting his hand down Reaper crash landed into the solid dirt face first.
“Allow me to provide an example.” A powerful force push sent Reaper careening through a tree, usually this would kill most people but Reaper got up as if he were completely unaffected at all.
He placed a hand on the back of his neck and gave a quick crack.
“Hehehehe You're nothing kid! You're just another pebble in my trail of corpses!” Reaper fired several shots to Kylo who managed to block most of them. Key word being most.
A few stray shots managed to catch Kylo off guard, the first one pierced his shoulder, then blew off part of his mask, and the last three went straight through his side.
To add extra injury to insult Reaper dug his fist into his fresh wound then knocked him back down.
Kylo was leaning against a tree clutching his bleeding abdomen, he felt the pain surged through his body it was unbearable, it was torture, it was…. INVIGORATING!
Kylo himself began to strike his wound, much to Reapers confusion.
“GRANDFATHER! Let me finish what I started!” This kid looked nuts, and this was REAPER of all people saying that.
Suddenly faster than Reaper could comprehended, Kylo was already unleashing a uncontrollable flurry of attacks of Reaper, leaving several burning cuts on his body.
Reaper reverted to his wraith form to try and escape but Kylo had him in a telekinetic vice grip, slamming him to the ground.
Reaper was now pissed.
“You asshole! Just die! DIE! DIE! DIE!” A haze of death began to surround Reaper, he began firing in every direction, all while chanting DIE DIE DIE.
Each shot moved like a falling balloon for Kylo now, he slowly walked towards Reaper blocking each shot that can a cross him, the blizzard of bullets was no more harmful than rain drops to Kylo. He was now a mere foot from Reaper who was still firing randomly.
“I told you…” The gunfire ceased as a red blade made its way through Reaper's heart.
“Like a ripple to a typhoon…” Kylo slowly dragged his blade vertically through his opponent making a nice V shaped corpse.
When Kylo returned he found the Talon agents who managed to survive the onslaught on their knees with their hand behind their head, Kylo’s captain stood up straight saluting him.
“Sir along with FN I Have successfully apprehended the targets.” Kylo examined his new prisoners, the two he took most interest in where known as Sombra and Widomaker.
“You two. Do you want to die today or would you like to join me along with your data?”
WIthout any other choice the two became Kylos two new bodyguards and walked aboard his ship.
“One step closer to finding Uncle.” Before Kylo walked back on his ship he gave one last order.
“No prisoners.”
Talon was permanently disband.
Conclusion
At first glance this match may seem really close, the more I delved into each charters and their respected universe, the farther Reapers chances are for winning got.
The easiest advantage for me to decide was in equipment; Reaper’s shotguns are meant for close up combat so Reapers chance of picking off Kylo from afar was slim at best; to add insult to injury the Hellfire Shotgun pale in comparison to the most standard blaster in the Star Wars universe that can cause caveins with a single shot or send a fully grown soldier covered in armor flying several feet back.
And keep in mind Kylo took a shot from Chewie's Bowcaster, which has the power to send people flying by the sheer force of it bolts without even directly hitting them. Reapers grenades also wouldn’t be of much help either, as even an inexperienced Jedi can take a similar explosion point blank without any lasting injury.
And while Reaper was able to turn a rather large mech to dust Jedi with power comparable to Kylo’s have done the same to an entire army with THEIR BARE HANDS.
Next up Kylo’s connection to the force could easily counter any of Reaper’s special abilities, while the wraith form would cause Kylo trouble initially Kylo would be able to quickly counter it.
Reaper’s teleportation takes a few second before he can actually teleport leaving plenty of time for Kylo to rush him, plus Reaper usually teleports for a surprise attack something the force sense caneasy counter.
The Wraith form has been known to interrupted if Reaper is unable to move, so if he can be stopped by a block of ice or even just a bear trap it's reasonable to say a simple telekinetic grab would stop it.
“But Kylo doesn't know how to counter the Wraith Form!”
This is true, at least at first, but Kylo’s telepathic power could easily find out how by looking in his mind, and even if Kylo didn’t read his mind I find it very unlikely Kylo wouldn't use the force as his training with both Luke and Snooke would help him deal with speaking of…
Reaper may of had a bit more experience on the battlefield Kylo has had training by two of his universe's greatest warriors, giving him a better understanding of military tactics. While Kylo may have a temper, he is no fool, operating several military missions while being flexible enough to adapt to his changes, in comparison to Reaper’s missions where he is simply following up on orders given to him.
Lastly, Kylo just has a better chance of getting an upgrade in the near future, even Supreme Leader Snook notes that Kylo is quite possibly his best student, even with incomplete training.
“When next Snoke spoke there was an intimacy in his voice, a familiarity that stood sharp in contrast to the commanding tone he had used with Hux. “I have never had a student with such promise—before you.” Ren Straightened. “It is your teachings that make me strong, Supreme Leader.”
Snoke demurred. “It is far more than that. It is where you are from. What you are made of. The dark side—and the light. The finest sculptor cannot fashion a masterpiece from poor materials. He must have something pure, something strong, something unbreakable, with which to work. I have—you.” He paused, reminiscing. “Kylo Ren, I watched the Galactic Empire rise, and then fall. The gullible prattle on about the triumph of truth and justice, of individualism and free will.”

While there's still chance for Reaper to receive some upgrades in the near future it is very unlikely it would put him in Kylo tier.
Reaper didn’t HALVE the guts to force Kylo back.
